We may provide real estate and other financial services, but our solutions and products are designed to help people obtain more wealth for themselves and their families.
We help people choose to be more reliant on themselves and to gain confidence.
Our clients choose Richr because they innately believe that they should have the independence to rely on themselves. The team at Richr makes sure our products and services become the safety net where our clients can feel safe and have peace of mind that they are making the right choice when selling or buying a home.
We Believe In Finding Comfort In The Uncomfortable.
Complacency is bred in the field of comfort. The direction of our company will go where the client wants us to go, and we will dare to pursue new solutions for the benefit of our clients. As people needs are met, further needs are born. As our clients make requests for new services and products, we cannot be complacent by not identifying trends and behaviours. We are obsessed with positioning ourselves for change, and we encourage ideas from everyone. If you don’t have opinions or do not wish to provide feedback on new ideas, then Richr is not for you.

It’s impossible to be productive, participate and make the right decisions in the workplace if our people do not feel the safe at work. We encourage people to share their ideas, hobbies, family life and backgrounds with everyone else. While we want people to be serious at work, you can’t do so if you don’t make other people feel safe and secure knowing that you are trustworthy and reliable. So have some fun, and be kind to everyone.
We want our teams to be curious and question everything.
We all use to be childlike when we were younger, and sometimes people lose this magic as they get older. However, you cannot learn when it’s one-way communication, so we encourage participation. Be ready to question all ideas and even this manifesto. We want to be a collective where everyone participates and shares their thoughts. If we can learn from each other, then we can learn more from our clients.
